ACUPUNCTURE THERAPY

Acupuncture is a widely utilized, traditional Chinese medicine technique that naturally promotes healing in the body. The setting is serene, the work is gentle and your job is simply to rest.

Acupuncture is performed by inserting tiny, sterile, single use, stainless steel acupuncture needles into different areas of the body, based on your practitioner's diagnosis of imbalances in your energetic flow.

Our Acupuncture Offerings

  • 90 minutes with your practitioner: starting with a consultation and followed by your first treatment, consisting of needles, tinctures and aromatherapy as needed.

  • A standard session consists of 45 minutes of healing and at least one pun and/or mom joke.

  • 90 minutes with your practitioner: starting with a consultation and followed by your first treatment. Includes facial cupping, microcurrent, Celluma light therapy, and face and body acupuncture.

  • A standard session consists of 60 minutes of healing. Includes facial cupping, microcurrent, Celluma light therapy, and face and body acupuncture.

  • For children 15 and under. Your child will have 60 minutes with a practitioner: starting with a consultation and followed by your child’s first treatment.

  • For children 15 and under. A standard pediatric acupuncture session consists of 30 minutes of treatment.

  • A standard session is approximately 30 minutes long. We will apply essential oils on our fingers and apply them to the points. No needles at all.

MASSAGE THERAPY

Therapeutic Massage is a highly effective form of alternative medicine that provides a drug-free approach to pain management and recovery.

At Soul Sprout, we do not offer spa services or Swedish massage. Our style of massage is for the treatment of pain and symptom management, a means for creating structural change in the body. Massage coupled with acupuncture is particularly beneficial for those who seek assistance with pain and trigger points.

  • 60-Minute Massage — $145

    90-Minute Massage — $190

    Soul Sprout offers all massage therapy services at the same price point, including deep-tissue, prenatal, craniosacral and myofascial release.

  • Myofascial Release is a form of deep but gentle massage that skips the oil and prioritizes slow and steady pressure, combined with prolonged stretching. Myofascial Release can be more gentle than a traditional therapeutic massage or more intense, depending on your body and your pain points. It involves more deep holding, more work on connective tissue than larger muscle groups, gently softening that fascia over and through the muscles.

  • Conducted by one of our licensed massage therapists, CST is an alternative, gentle massage that focuses on aligning the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the brain and spine. Ideal for acute pain, CST can promote pain relief from headaches, neck pain and the side effects of some cancer treatments. In CST, the practitioner's hands will usually be in the area of the spine, sacrum or feet.

HERBAL MEDICINES

At Soul Sprout, we have certified herbalists on staff to assess your wellness and guide you to your most helpful formula.

Our concentrated herbal products are taken in pill, tincture or liquid concentrate form, and are used to treat or prevent disease, to get relief from symptoms, boost energy, relax and enhance general health and wellbeing.

Our herbalist services are included alongside our acupuncture, massage and cupping therapies. There is no additional charge to work with our certified herbalists. You will be charged a la carte for your particular remedy at checkout.

CUPPING

Cupping is a long standing Chinese therapy that utilizes a warmed glass or plastic vessel, suctioned to the body along strategic pathways.

The cups are then placed on strategic points along the body, treating pain and inflammation, promoting blood flow and relaxation. Often performed alongside other treatments like acupuncture, cupping is ideal for pain associated with deep scar tissue, as well as muscle knots, inflammation and swelling.

SECONDARY SERVICES

  • Sometimes all we need is a little peace and quiet. Enjoy a lay down in our Relaxation Room, equipped with a jade and tourmaline heated mat to improve the function of the immune, endocrine, and lymphatic systems, alleviate pain, and stimulate cell regeneration throughout the body. Top it off with our Celluma light therapy panel to target hair loss, improve fertility, alleviate pain, reduce wrinkles and combat skin aging. Book a 30 minute visit to rest and get back to your day feeling rejuvenated!

  • Never underestimate the soothing power of sound. A combination of music, specialized instruments and self-reflection techniques refresh the mind and address a variety of physical, mental and emotional intentions. Soul Sprout is proud to partner with Align Studios in once a month group sound baths, but if you prefer a solo healing experience, enjoy a combination of quartz, Crystal, singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, chimes & more. All sessions take place in the Relaxation Room while laying on a jade & tourmaline infused mat, to supercharge this blissful experience.

  • Reduce stress and promote healing with a Soul Squad practitioner formally trained in Reiki. Gentle hand movements are used to guide and redirect the flow of healthy energy in this light or no touch modality.
